1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through the jitaach platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. jitaach reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jitaach is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jitaach operates an absolute 18+ policy. Players under the legal adult age are not permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You are using the Platform of your own free will and are not acting under compulsion, coercion, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of jitaach or any of its affiliated partners or game studios.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that is recognised by jitaach, including internal self-exclusions applied through your account dashboard.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by jitaach for a breach of these Terms.

jitaach targets the Bangladesh market and is intended for players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is available or legally accessible outside of its intended market.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of jitaach — including depositing funds, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be asked to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)
• A secure password of your own choosing

You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration. jitaach reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on jitaach. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, jitaach reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any account balances without notice.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and financial integrity, jitaach applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Screenshot or transaction record confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of being requested to do so may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jitaach will never contact you via email, live chat, or phone to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify our support team immediately at support@jitaach.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jitaach are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not apply any currency conversion. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction across all payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your jitaach account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• jitaach does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which jitaach accepts no responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within an average of under 5 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed verification may experience delays.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• jitaach reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.

4.3 Prohibited Financial Activity

jitaach maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, fraud, and the use of stolen, disputed, or unauthorised payment instruments. Any player found to be engaging in such activity will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without meaningful gaming activity ("wagering abuse") is also strictly prohibited.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jitaach may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, enhanced odds, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is communicated, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. jitaach reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
• jitaach reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not apply retrospectively to bonuses already credited and accepted by a player.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jitaach, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or correspondence with jitaach
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a third-party identity
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, artificial intelligence exploit, or other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets in a manner that distorts fair outcomes
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of any illegal activity
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language toward jitaach staff, support agents, or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent
• Allowing a third party — including a family member — to access or operate your jitaach account on your behalf

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, jitaach may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account in question; void any pending or settled bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any account balance; and pursue any available legal remedies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jitaach Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jitaach or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jitaach
• Use the jitaach brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any manner not expressly permitted by jitaach
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or frame the Platform within another website or application
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means

Game content supplied by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with jitaach. jitaach does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jitaach reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments
• Detection of duplicate accounts
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction requiring account action
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age
• At jitaach's reasonable commercial discretion, provided that any real-money balance at the time of closure is returned to the player through their registered payment method after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to the Company

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at support@jitaach. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusions are effective immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. jitaach is committed to honouring all self-exclusion requests without exception. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaach and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and content partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets or wagers placed on the Platform
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in live sports data, odds, or game results caused by third-party data providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Actions taken by jitaach in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jitaach makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free access to the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jitaach reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you continue to use the Platform after any amendments are published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your account by contacting our support team.
